How can I show the connection that dancing gives?

Ballroom dancing is a sport that is not much more practiced by the youth. From my own experience I know how valuable the connections you can gain with the people who also practice this sport are. But how can that connection be made visible to the outside world?

I have chosen to use wire that glows in the dark, so that you hardly see people. Only the connection between 2 bodies is visible, which is the essence of a good dance couple.

These are the images of a brainstorming session on this topic. The first image with the footsteps erase the image that prompted the further elaboration of the aforementioned connection. You cannot take the next step without taking the previous one.

An imagination is the literal connection by connecting them with cords. A sketchy idea that started to take shape through testing!

The connection between a couple is the essence of the sport. What does it take to depict these?

These are visual experiments of displaying the possibilities of a connection with wires as connection means.

Below are two videos showing the wires in motion.

I ended up applying these threads to real dance couples. While shooting video images, I was also able to take photos that have a cool effect due to the slow shutter speed and movement.
